Parenthood is a journey often filled with many highs and lows, joys and pains. Everyone’s path to parenthood looks different and no one’s story is the same. I hear from many mothers (expectant mothers, those yearning to be mothers, first time mothers, ...) “this isn’t what I expected” or “I wasn’t prepared for this”. I hear from these same mothers that they feel alone in their struggles or worry that they are the only ones “not measuring up” to the expectations placed on moms – expectations to somehow “do it all”, effortlessly. I strive to create a safe space to explore the pressures and struggles mothers face through the various stages of motherhood.

I believe that every parent wants the best of their child and will do whatever it takes to give them just that. Sometimes in our pursuit of this, we forget that, we too, have needs and are deserving of care and compassion. My hope is that together we can find ways for you to not just survive parenthood but find joy in it as well.
